Deep ruby color, magenta rim; bright red currant aromas, just a bit hollow, but pure nonetheless, very good depth; medium bodied, firm on the palate with nice baby fat; dry, crisp acidity, well-balanced; tart red currant flavors with some oakiness, medium concentration of fruit, very nice; medium finish, ziggy aftertaste.
