The 2006 DARE by Viader Cabernet Sauvignon opens with rich aromas of blackberry, ripe blueberry and caramel, hints of earthy leather and sweet Indian spices. Very dark in color, on the palate it shows ripe currant, cherry and licorice flavors perfectly integrated with the sweet oak tannins.
