Dark ruby with a slightly lighter rim. KOPKE 1994 seems in perfect condition and still quite some time from its peak. The nose is not letting out much at this stage but the palate is very powerful with an excellent silky mouth feel. Very cherry and raisin like at this stage, yet not many secondary aromas.
