Producer notes: "The Second Chance wines usually rank as some of the most intense wines in the cellar. They are consistently dark in color and full of very rich classic Cabernet Sauvignon aromas and flavors. We find aromas of tea, toast, cassis, red cherry candy. Flavors include chocolate, cherry, coffee, sweet fruit, oak/toast, anise spice. The wine finishes with long mouthful of serious tannin, indicating a potential for extended aging. Organically grown (CCOF certified in 2002). 275 cases produced."
